These food colouring colours can be bought in supermarkets or normal food stores. After Making the plain icing divide the icing into 6 bowls. Then add each colour to each bowl e.g Yellow to one bowl then you dont use yellow again.
After you finish preparing all the icing Decorate the cookies accordingly to each emoji you would like {The Top of the page for example} I Really like the love heart eyes emoji but you can do whichever one you like.
